A registration link will be emailed to the address we have on your resident file. Didn’t receive the registration link? Reach out to your Property Manager or email CustomerService@SparrowNow.com.
- Who do I contact if there are issues with the app?

- Can I use the One Maintenance app to make a rent payment?
No, you can not make rent payments on the One Maintenance app. Rent payments will continue to be made through your Resident Portal.
